The Nevada State Board of Cosmetology offers 30 and 60 hour Continuing Education Courses free of charge.

These Board-provided courses are completed online

and will meet the CEU requirements for Instructor License renewal.

 

To complete a Board-provided CEU Course, please follow the instructions below:

1. Choose the 30-hour or 60-hour course.

If you require 60 hours of CEUs for renewal, please complete the 60-hour course. Do not complete the 30-hour course twice. Completion of the same course multiple times within the same renewal cycle will not be accepted.

 

2. Review the Course Content.

3. Review the Study Guide.

​

4. Complete the Exam.

You must pass the exam with 75% or higher.

​

5. Save the email confirmation sent after you successfully pass the exam.

​

6. Email proof of successful course completion to info@nvcosmo.com.

​

7. Complete your Instructor License Renewal Form.
