Renew a License/Registration
PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTING A RENEWAL FOR A LICENSE OR REGISTRATION
DOES NOT MEAN THE RENEWAL IS IMMEDIATELY ACCEPTED.
UPON SUBMISSION OF YOUR RENEWAL,
YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE INDICATING THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY.
RENEWALS ARE REVIEWED BY BOARD STAFF BEFORE APPROVAL.
IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR RENEWAL, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
LATE FEES:
Late fees are $20 a month. Late fees accrue starting the DAY AFTER the license expires. These fees accrue to your account monthly and must be paid in full to renew your license. These fees cannot be waived or reduced by Board staff.
LICENSE RESTORATION:
If your license has been lapsed for 4+ years, please contact our offices
for assistance with license restoration.
Pursuant to NRS 644A.525, licenses expired for 4 or more years cannot be renewed and will be refunded.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:
Each renewal requires a NEW PASSPORT-QUALITY photo.
The photo must have been taken within the last 90 days.
An old photo or a photo from a previous license will not be accepted.
The photo must have a white background.
Hats, sunglasses, filters, or other issues causing
the photo not to be passport-quality will result in a rejected renewal.
